One-on-One French Macaron Class (Home-Based)

Join me for a 5-hour, hands-on French macaron class in the comfort of my home. The class fee is $299.99, with installment options available. Payment must be made prior to the class.

Class Schedule:

- Every Monday or Sunday 9am-2pm or 1pm-6pm

- First class starts on February 17, 2025 (or arrange)

- Maximum of 2 students per class

- The art of macaronage

- How to pair, sandwich, and fill macarons

- How to make delicious fruit fillings

- How to prepare Swiss meringue buttercream

- Proper storage and handling techniques for macarons

- My expert technique for making French macarons

- 30 pieces of macarons you piped and filled yourself

- Recipes for Swiss meringue buttercream and French macarons

- An apron and bandana to keep you stylish in the kitchen

All ingredients and equipment are provided, so you don't need to bring anything.
