1. Customized Cakes:

  • All customized cake orders are final and non-refundable.
  • Changes to the design, flavor, or any other specifications must be requested and confirmed prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

2. Pre-designed Cakes and Desserts:

  • Pre-designed cakes and desserts are made to order and are also non-refundable.
  • In the event of a quality issue or error on our part, please contact us within 647-995-1895 hours of receiving the product. We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations of customized cake orders are not allowed.
  • Cancellations of pre-designed cakes and desserts must be made at least 1 day before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to be eligible for a credit toward a future purchase. No refunds will be issued.

4. Refunds for Quality Issues:

  • If you believe there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 647-995-1895 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence. We will review the matter and, if applicable, offer a replacement or credit.

5. Health Disclaimer:

  • Claire's Sweets is not liable for any health-related issues that may arise after consuming our products. While we adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens or other substances that may cause adverse reactions.   • Claire's Sweets shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, war, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
