Local Delivery

Service Area: We offer local delivery within a 20-kilometer radius from our bakery location. Please check the delivery address at checkout to ensure it falls within our service area

Delivery Time: Deliveries are scheduled during our regular business hours. Specific time slots may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Delivery Fee: A flat delivery fee will be applied to all orders within our service area. The fee will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 24 hours for order processing before the scheduled delivery time. 

Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address.

Alternative Delivery Option

Uber Delivery: If your delivery address is outside our local delivery radius, you have the option to arrange an Uber delivery at your own cost. Simply provide the Uber driver with the cake's pickup details from our bakery.

Uber Details: Clairessweets - 81 Driftwood Ave, Unit 29, Toronto ON M3M 2M7. Handle with care. Will bring the cake to the front of the house.

Coordination: It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate and cover the costs associated with the Uber delivery.

Important Notes:

Delivery Date Selection: During the checkout process, you will be prompted to select a preferred delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your requested date.

Holiday and Peak Times: During holidays or peak times, delivery availability may be limited. We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods.

Weather Conditions: In the event of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule deliveries for the safety of our team and your order
